I am the Marketing Director for a UK budget airline and Azam Marketing has been delivering seat bookings for us since 2003. Whether it is 8 am on a Monday morning or 8 pm on a Saturday evening, the phone is picked up instantly. Azam Marketing has always been responsive to our needs and, for instance, increases or decreases our PPC advertising bids within seconds of us contacting them. The agency fully deserves the Swift Award for customer service.
